Life is stressful. Relationships are hard. Every day is a mess of problems to solve and crises to avert. You want someone to give you the answers, to provide the steps to make it all better…
… and I hate to tell ya, but I can’t do that for you and anybody who says they have the answers is lying.
I have a simple offer. I can help you find a path through the muck and mire to joy & fulfillment.
Balancing career as a yoga teacher, educator and mentor and being available for my 3 girls was a struggle. I felt like I was missing this wonder-filled time with them and I wanted to watch them grow. Then, I found the transformational work of coaching. Over the past 20 years, I’ve guided dozens and dozens of groups through yoga and trainings. I’ve seen the sign posts of self-doubt and denial in so many humans.
I’m here to say it doesn’t have to be this hard.
I’d love to show you a way, not my way, but your own unique path and journey.
your unique path onward
your unique path onward
...with yourself. You have the answers and you can see them if you open your eyes without judgement or expectation.
That doesn’t mean it’s easy, or pain-free. But the alternative is living a life nowhere near your potential. A life that is unrelated to your truth; a life that is fractured.
Honesty is the first step to achieving what we want through our own answers.
A true investigation of your values will help us create your roadmap. Through a series of questions, we’ll see if you are putting what you care about most into action.
What is possible from this exploration? Well… anything. In this vast landscape, we’ll find an expanse of limitless possibilities to access your fullest self.
Whether it’s a tiptoe or a massive leap, when you are moving in the direction of your soul, any step will do.
I can’t do it for you. But I can guide you along the way.
Most important is to just begin.
this is for…
this is for…
You find yourself stuck, often in the same type of difficulty.
You are ready to overcome your fears and stop the negative self talk that is holding you back.
You know what you want in your life, you just don’t know how to make it a reality.
You are ready to create your next purposeful chapter in life.
You are willing to put your ideas into action
You are about to become a mom and want to vision for your new life ahead.
You are already a mom and have new ideas about purposeful work you want to do.
You realize that your old job no longer fits.
You want to discover new challenges, even though being a mom is your priority.
You are ready to reclaim your joy, energy and vitality.
you are worth it.

"I can not recommend working with Amy enough. She is the support system I didn't know I needed. I met Amy at a point where I felt lost with no direction or passion. Amy has the amazing ability to make you see and understand yourself in a brighter light. She helped me define who I am, learn my self worth, and be comfortable with admitting it all - an irreplaceable power. I'm so grateful to the compassion and coaching Amy provided. She is true talent."

“Amy listened skillfully and even when I didn't feel like I was making sense, she was able to paraphrase in a concise fashion, exactly what I was trying to communicate. She got me; her validation and recaps worked to enable me to focus on what mattered and then articulate and move toward a goal. During our time working together I broke my dominant wrist. Amy offered an amazing level of empathy which in turn helped me to accept and embrace this challenge and cut myself some slack. Amy was gentle and intuitive with supportive guidance which helped me to determine what I needed which in turn resulted in my satisfaction. Amy respectfully offered great resources. Amy bonus, she is thee quintessential guru with meditation and we started each session with an amazing guided meditation, oh so sweet, thank you Amy, Namaste!”

“I am honored to provide a positive review and testimonial for the good work that Amy Baker does with the clients she coaches. First, I should say she has a natural gift and was born to do this type of work. I say that with all sincerity.
I would venture to say that most clients are at best, curious and uncertain about the process, at worst, nervous or even afraid. From the first meeting, Amy sets you at ease. She explains the process clearly and in a very matter-of-fact manner. She is honest about what it is and is not, and makes you feel like choosing to do the work (or not) is all acceptable, great, and part of the process. You, the client, are the boss. She is just the guide. I say “just” not to reduce the value of what she does, but rather to emphasize the fact that she is incredibly supportive and makes it clear that the client does the work and therefore becomes their own best advocate. She sets you up for success FAR beyond the confines of the coaching sessions.
Together, you help set your goals and priorities that are on your terms and realistic. She is great at tuning in, summarizing, providing options (but nothing required or forced… it’s your life after all). She doesn’t push to a place you aren’t ready to go, but asks you to stretch a little, in the name of being your best self and achieving your goals. She provides gentle and caring reminders. She helps you realize you can give yourself permission to ______, (believe in yourself? Try something new? Smile a little more?)
Most importantly, in my opinion, is Amy’s non-judgmental approach. She will cheer you on, whether you’re succeeding and crushing goals, or crying and reverting back to old habits. It’s all part of the process. And she will support you every step of the way.
We’re all a work in progress. And we can all benefit from giving ourselves a good look in the mirror, being honest, and saying “What’s going well, what’s not, and how can you become your best self”? I 100% recommend Amy as your guide. You won’t regret one moment of the time. As she’ll tell you “It’s gonna be great!”
